First visit to Khyber City Burhan
I made my first visit to Khyber City Burhan about two months ago, when I agreed to go to Khyber City Burhan with a friend. I have lived mostly in Karachi, and the connection with Rawalpindi was limited to roads, as I often used to go to Karachi by these highways, but never stayed in any city of Punjab for permanent work or business. I was involved in the Karachi real estate business for many years. This time, when he came to the village on Eid-ul-Adha, a plan was made to go to Wah Cantt with a friend. I also walked with my friend. Our destination was Burhan, where the friend was supposed to meet a property agent. When the high-roof dropped us off at the motorway, we had no idea which direction to go, as the person the friend was supposed to meet had a switched off mobile number and I didn't even know anyone in the area. Well, there was a bend in the highway and on the other side of the bend was a track on which a young man was going. I attracted the young man and asked him the location of Khyber City. The young man pointed us towards the toll plaza and said that if you proceed from this toll plaza you will see a roundabout bridge from where you will catch a vehicle that will take you to Khyber City.
Crossing the toll plaza, we saw a mosque from where the sounds of some children reciting the Holy Quran were coming and a cold water cooler was seen outside the mosque. We both drank water from the cold water cooler outside, and sat under a tree to rest. The friend kept dialing the phone number over and over, and soon got through to the person concerned, who had just woken up, and said he would be there for half an hour, so we sat there and waited for our host. . Instead of half an hour, an hour passed. Then he asked a passerby about the location of GT Road. He pointed to the same roundabout and said that you would get a car from there and GT Road was also nearby. This time we walked towards the Round Bridge, and soon reached the bottom of the Round Bridge. Another colleague of this friend was also supposed to reach Khyber City today. He was probably coming to Khyber City for the first time. We contacted him on the phone, and we told him at the roundabout that we should wait for our host here. have been. His phone number was getting busy, so we asked our third colleague who was coming from Mardan towards Khyber City to come towards the same roundabout. . In no time, this fellow reached under the round bridge in a rickshaw and started contacting us. But what was the matter?
We were also standing under Golchakri bridge and our third companion, who came from Mardan, was also standing under Golchakri bridge but we could not see each other. Then the passer-by told us that there were two such roundabouts on this road, and that our companion might be waiting for us under the other round bridge. It was also closing. Then our third colleague contacted the host on the phone and around 3 o'clock he went under the round bridge with the host where we were standing. Then we came to find out that the two bridges were very close. Hearing this, we all three laughed. Seeing our laughter, the host also laughed. We were also introduced to the host in the car. The friend had come to do some business with his other colleague. In no time, we were inside the main gate of Khyber city. The host gave us a tour of all the blocks in Khyber City, after which we were shown the houses that are being built, and we also visited the Naya Pakistan Housing Society. Then we left Khyber City and headed for a hotel and the host was very hospitable and gave us a very good meal. After the hotel, our third companion and host parted ways. Today we had to travel back. My friend also went to Rawalpindi to meet a loved one. I was the only one who was still standing at the hotel and now I too had to travel back alone. So, instead of going back, I once again headed to Khyber City. This time I met many people. Contact numbers of many property agents are now available to me.
